A sweet citrusy rub that’s crazy good on salmon, but is equally great on all seafood.
I’ve used it on butternut squash, Brussel sprouts, carrots and sweet potatoes.
Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Chili, Black Pepper, Onion, Lemon Peel, Garlic, Yellow Mustard Seed, Coriander, Lemon Juice Powder.
